At QARITINORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalised items, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at the details below with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card issuer. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
